For All Businesses Messaging Non-US Phone Numbers
For Businesses using Salesforce outside of the United States who wish to text their customers Text Anything has two solutions:
Texting - Country-based compliant B2C text message registration. These requirements vary by country but are significantly easier than the US A2P system.
WhatsApp - We have an integrated WhatsApp solution that is WhatsApp compliant and registration and WhatsApp Template creation is done 100% in the Text Anything Salesforce app. WhatsApp is covered in the WhatsApp section in more detail.
International Texting & Related Compliance Type:
Texting is now or will be supported in the following countries per the table below. The “Texting Compliance Type” indicates the level of regulatory compliance needed to purchase phone numbers in the respective countries.
Assign Address requires address verification via of documented proof of the businesses address. This can vary from a government form to a lease agreement to a utility bill. It may vary per country but will be specified in Text Anything when registering.
Required Regulatory Bundle consists of a series of documents needed for compliance. These documents vary from country-to-country but will be specified at the time of compliance registration in the Text Anything registration process.
No Requirements means that at this time there are no compliance registration requirements for your country. Note this may be subject to change in the future as most countries now have some form of authentication and compliance for B2C text messaging.
All compliance registration is done in the Text Anything Salesforce app and does not require your admins to leave Salesforce.

Countries Not Covered by Texting (SMS)
