A2P Campaigns

A2P Campaigns are the heart of A2P 10DLC compliant messaging [for messaging US phone numbers]. Each phone number you purchase, again for US messaging, must be associated with an approved campaign. There are different campaign types. For a complete overview - A2P Campaign Types

To Create Campaigns

  1. In the Text Anything App go to “A2P & Campaign(s)” tab and then the “Messaging Campaign(s)” subtab.

  2. Select the “New Campaign” button

  3. Create your campaign following the steps and suggested text as a guideline. Make sure to properly categorize your campaign type as they will be periodically audited by carriers to ensure your messaging is in compliance. For example, use “Customer Care” for customer care messaging not marketing or promotional messaging. Inappropriate messaging is subject to fines that are the user’s sole responsibility per our Terms of Service.

  4. Submit your campaign. Manual review is done by a 3rd party and review times can vary from a day to several days depending on their backlog.

  5. Map your campaign to one or more of your purchased numbers.
