Admin Panel

The Text Anything Admin Panel consists of several tabs and sub tabs for use in configuring your account. Most of the configuration is done during the setup wizard, but you can modify those settings later or enable additional settings not covered in the wizard.

The tabs are:

  1. Administration —> Basic account configuration settings, integration and Opt-In (for double opt in)

  2. Purchased Numbers —> Find and purchase numbers for your users

  3. To Number Configuration —> Setting which objects and fields to use for messaging your customers, i.e., “Contact” and “Mobile Phone”

  4. Billing & Support

    1. Billing & Payment —> Billing Info, Payment Methods, Invoices and Payment History

    2. Notification(s) —> Account notifications, i.e., “account recharged”

    3. Support —> Raise tickets with Text Anything for support

  5. A2P Campaign(s)

    1. A2P Configuration —> Your Account (Enterprise, Small Business or International) & Status

    2. Messaging Campaign(s) —> Your A2P 10DLC compliance campaigns and purchased number mapping
