Purchasing Phone Numbers

Purchased Numbers are the numbers you use to text your customers

Number Types

Local Numbers: You can pick local numbers that match your area of business OR

Toll Free Numbers: You can purchase toll free numbers. Toll free numbers have a higher monthly cost.

Numbers are purchased month-to-month an auto renew until you release the number. We currently support US and Canadian phone numbers.

Releasing Numbers

If you no longer need a phone number you can release it. To do this, in the Purchased Numbers tab on the right select “delete”. You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete the number. Once deleted you will no longer be charged for the number at the next billing cycle. There are no partial refunds for the current billing cycle. So, if you release the number the day after it renewed you will be charged for the full month.

Number Fees

Regular 10 digit long codes (10DLC) are $2/month. Toll-free numbers are $4/month. Text message charges are separate and not included in the monthly number fee.
