We Recommend Installing Text Anything for All Users

Then any users with an active license will be able to see and interact with text messages.

Admin users - In order to see the Text Anything App - will need to have a custom permission set assigned. This way only Admins can access the account setup, integration and configuration utilities. The permission set “Text Anything Admin” is automatically assigned to the user installing the package.

• If you need to Uninstall the package - please see the uninstallation instructions in the Admin tab. You will need to remove active campaigns, phone numbers and the chat components from Lightning record pages before uninstalling the managed package.
