Canceling Your Account
How to Cancel Your Account: As a Salesforce administrator go to the Text Anything app → Billing & Support → Cancel Account. You will be prompted to verify that you want to cancel your account. Canceling does the following:
Any active campaigns are deleted
Any active phone numbers are released
Any unused texting funds are refunded at the time of cancellation
Note:
CANCELING YOUR ACCOUNT CANNOT BE REVERSED
Phone number prorated amounts are not refunded
Uninstalling Text Anything
You can uninstall the Text Anything app at any time however, if you have a paid account, this does not return any unused funds or end your ongoing paid campaigns. IF YOU HAVE A PAID ACCOUNT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE UNINSTALLING THE APP.
Before you uninstall you will need to cancel your account. Then your Salesforce admin can delete the app from your Salesforce org → Settings → App Manager → Text Anything → Delete. This will uninstall the package and its components.
Note:
UNINSTALLATION DOES NOT CANCEL A PAID ACCOUNT - Cancel your paid account prior to uninstallation.
All text message data will also be deleted when you uninstall the app.
