Package Uninstallation
These are the steps to uninstall the Text Anything application from your Salesforce Org
To cancel your account and uninstall please perform the following steps before uninstalling the Text Anything managed package. If you do not follow these steps, you may continue to be billed after you uninstall the package:
Release purchased phone numbers. In “Purchased Numbers” click into each purchased number and in the top right select the “Release Number” button.
2. Release active A2P Campaigns. In the “A2P Campaign(s)” tab, delete your active campaigns.
3. Remove the chat panel from any Lighting record pages it was placed on.
4. Uninstall the package. Setup → Installed Packages → Text Anything → Uninstall
This process will properly unregister your Text Anything account and uninstall the managed package.
